New to RVing, this location was in a good area to visit Buffalo and not far from NIAGRA FALLS. The sites were clean. It was quiet. We enjoyed our stay until Sunday morning they were out cutting the grass at 7:30 am and then again around 7pm. I would stay here again.

The place is has new owners, who are upgrading all the rooms. New furniture, clean rooms, peaceful and quiet place. The new owners are very nice and very accomodating. There is a great restaurant accross the street AND a convenient ride to Niagara Falls.Will be back!

Nice mid-grade RV park. Small and relatively clean. Close proximity to grocery shopping and basic amenities. The owner/manager is very sweet; they had a seemingly impromptu cookout for us on Memorial Day. Very memorable and appreciated!
